When there's a match we sign the purchase agreement. Estata Makelaars guides you through the financial and legal steps.

Construction & delivery
Euroconstruct carries out the newbuild work in line with the technical description. Expected delivery Q3 2027.
- 04
Handover
On delivery you receive the keys and the apartment is inspected.
Purchase price
Free on name (v.o.n.)
The homes are offered free on name (v.o.n.), meaning transfer costs are included in the purchase price.
The purchase price covers the home in its completed state as described in the sales documentation. The costs of the renovation and finishing are borne by the seller.
An allowance is included for the kitchen and bathroom. If the buyer opts for a specification that exceeds this allowance, the difference is at the buyer's expense.
Any additional work or requests beyond the described completion are also at the buyer's expense.
Final sale prices and further financial terms will be announced at the start of sales.
